Knowledge belongs to everyone.
KnowBridge connects academic research with public life — through multilingual videos, podcasts, and stories that make complex ideas welcoming.
Our Mission
Academic knowledge shapes our lives every day — how we stay healthy, how we understand the past, how we make decisions about the future. Yet much of it stays locked behind technical language, paywalls, and institutional walls.
KnowBridge exists to help that knowledge travel further: out of the journals and lecture halls, and into everyday conversation.
We translate research into clear, human stories — and we do it in more than one language, because curiosity has no single mother tongue.
The Journey, in Six Scenes
The KnowBridge story — the same one you can watch on the home page — told as a short path from the library to the world.
University City
Sometimes academia feels a little like Hogwarts — wondrous, but walled off.
The Library
Extraordinary knowledge lives inside its libraries, archives, and research centres.
The Scholars
Scholars spend years creating, preserving, and expanding that knowledge.
Society
Yet many people never reach it — not because they don't care, but because the distance feels too great.
The Bridge
KnowBridge was created to help build bridges — between research and society, expertise and curiosity.
Knowledge for All
Because knowledge should not stay behind walls. Knowledge Access Matters.
Our Vision
Knowledge should not stop at university gates.
It should travel.
It should connect.
It should belong to everyone.
